Residential Home Inspections, Home Seller
This inspection is designed to provide the seller of
the subject property with the understanding of the homes current
condition as it will be viewed by the buyers home inspector.
The goal is to discover defects that will be found during the
home inspection process, repair them before the home is placed
on the market for sale and reduce the amount of money that might
be asked by the buyer for repairs. This should also create a
smoother transition through the inspection portion of the sales
process.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections
Required by most lending institutions, this inspection is
conducted by a licensed professional that observed the structure
and grounds in readily accessible areas of the home for termites,
carpenter ants and other wood destroying insects. A report is provided
after the inspection in conducted.
Radon Testing
This test is conducted by a licensed professional and is
designed to measure the radon level in the subject home in accordance
with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) guidelines for short
term testing during a residential real estate transaction.
Mold Testing
This test is conducted by a licensed professional and is
designed to measure the level of mold in the subject home through
physical and air collection sampling.
Septic Inspections
For subject homes with in-ground septic systems. This inspection
is conducted by a licensed professional. The test evaluates the functionality
and quality of the overall septic system on the day of the inspection.
Well Water Testing
For subject homes with a on-site well providing the domestic
water for the home. Testing can include Domestic Chemical, Bacteriological,
Arsenic, Radon, PH Levels.
Gas Line Leak Check
This test evaluates the accessible gas line in the home
for leaks at the joints and connections to appliances for leaks using
electronic gas detection equipment.

All inspections and/or testing services are subject to the terms
and conditions of the A-STAT Inspection Services, Inc. Inspection
Agreement.
All fees are due at the time services are rendered. Cash, checks
or money orders are accepted.
Checks returned for any reason are subject to a $50.00 handling charge.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF ANY REPORTS OR TEST
RESULTS.
