Bill has been performing home inspections in the Bucks county area since 2006 having studied Architectural Design and Engineering at the University of Buffalo and the Boston Architectural Center. Serving and protecting home buyers during a real estate transaction is a passion and a service that is taken very seriously. Bill is the current President of the South Eastern Chapter of the National Association of Home Inspectors.

Charles Ball
The son of a master plumber, Charles began his interest in building science as a contractor in both the residential and industrial construction industries having recently completed a career with a metal building construction firm. He has owned and renovated several properties in the Montgomeryville area and believes you can never know enough about building materials and construction methods as he attends and participates in many educational conferences within his industry. Charles is dedicated to providing home buyers with knowledge of current/past defective concerns and updated information that can impact the purchase of their new home.
